Late Payments For Water Bills

Payments although they may be written before the due date of the 15th of each month, are arriving much later. The date the payments are written and the date they are postmarked and received in the office are considerably long. We have no authority over the postal service, so please, to avoid any late fee on your bill, please drop in the office.  drop box or mail a lot earlier. The office is open only on Monday and Wednesday for deposits to be made. Allowances are made for the days the office isn't open and no late fees are charged. However late fees can only be removed within a couple of days after the due date. You may want to address your concerns with the Postal Service. Payments are due in the office by the 15th of each month regardless of the date it is written out. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.
