Survey Form for Obtaining Socioeconomic Data

Dear Morgan Mill Customers: 

ATTENTION! We are running out of time for surveys to be turned in regarding income. Without enough surveys, you will NOT be able to get the Morgan Mill Median Income separated from Bluff Dale and Mountain Lakes. This will help considerably with financing through grants and disadvantaged communities funds. This would be money you don't have to pay back. Forms are available at the office, or can be emailed to you. Please do not include anything in the DO NOT OPEN envelope but the survey. The surveys are only opened by Communities Unlimited and are kept confidential. Morgan Mill Water does not receive any of the reported information. Communities Unlimited is coming next week to pick up any surveys and to make more calls and house visits to try to reach the percentage they need. PLEASE! Fill out your form and return to the office ASAP. Communities Unlimited drives down here, a couple of hours away, to pick these up. All at no cost to Morgan Mill Water. It is your water system and your only source of water. Your participation is needed and appreciated.
