Survey Form for Obtaining Socioeconomic Data

Dear Morgan Mill Customers: 

Each of you should have received a letter in the mail regarding the Survey being conducted by Communities Unlimited. If you haven't filled out your form, please do so ASAP. The US Census has Morgan Mill, Bluff Dale and Mountain Lakes medium income percentages combined. The survey will give us the medium income just for the customers of Morgan Mill Water which will help you get grants. At present the existing medium income is too high for you to apply for a disadvantaged status. Grants do not have to be paid back. The Morgan Mill Water Board has and is using every avenue to prevent you from having to carry a huge debt to have water. You cannot move forward without money to move forward. We need your help NOW! The information is kept confidential. The only persons that will open and see your data is the Communities Unlimited Survey Group. They are coming today to pick up what unopened envelopes we have. They will be here again on April 16th to do phone and door-to-door surveys for anyone who didn't turn in a survey form. Please give them this information. They will have identification to show they are with Communities Unlimited. Remember this is your water system and the cost will fall on you if you can't get grants or forgiveness loans, and will result in higher cost.
